Has your organisation moved beyond awareness in a way that actually builds capability, consistency and trust?

Download the Beyond Awareness: Women’s Health Culture Readiness Scorecard — a short strategic self-assessment for HR, People, Culture, EDI and Wellbeing leaders who want to understand whether their current approach is translating into real organisational readiness.

Many organisations have taken positive first steps on menopause or women’s health at work.

They may have introduced a policy, run an awareness session, created internal guidance, or started more open conversation. These are important signs of intent.

But awareness alone does not automatically create manager confidence, consistent support, psychological safety or trusted employee experience.

That is where many organisations now find themselves: no longer starting from zero, but not yet clear on whether their current approach is strong enough to create meaningful, embedded change.

For employers with 250 or more employees, that question is becoming even more relevant as expectations increase around gender pay gap action, menopause support, and the practical steps organisations are taking to support women at work. Employers in scope can now publish a voluntary action plan alongside their gender pay gap data, and official guidance says these are expected to become mandatory from spring 2027, subject to legislation.

The Beyond Awareness scorecard is designed to help you assess whether your current approach is building real capability, consistency and trust in practice.

A short strategic self-assessment to help you distinguish between visible activity and genuine organisational readiness.
  • Assess your organisation across five key dimensions of women’s health readiness.

  • Identify where gaps may exist between intent and implementation.

  • Understand whether your current approach is awareness-led, policy-led, capability-building or more strategically embedded.

  • Gain clearer insight into what may need attention next.

Awareness is a start.

It is not the same as readiness.

This scorecard helps you distinguish between visible activity and genuine organisational capability, so you can make stronger decisions about what support, investment or implementation is needed next.

If the scorecard raises useful questions

For many organisations, the most valuable outcome is not the score itself, but the conversation it prompts.

If the scorecard highlights gaps between intent and implementation, or raises questions about where your organisation is now and what needs attention next, I’d be happy to talk it through with you.
